Re: Wenger DOESN'T Know
I wouldn't let Arsene go for the world. He is the most successful manager at our club to date, and is a genius for talent, Toure, Fabregas, Walcott, Van Persie etc. but he needs to realise that we need someone who can score and stay fit at the same time.Bring Back Pires wrote:If you get rid of Henry, Bergkamp, Vieira and Pires and replace them with Adebayor, Bendtner, Hleb and Walcott, then you can't expect to win the league.
There was money available at the start of the season and in the January transfer window, but Stubborn Wenger decides not to do anything. Time for him to go.

Some did, Augie for example. I'll give an example. You are working well and everything, got a wage-rise 5 months ago. Then you lose some important files and it is entirely your fault. You'd get obviously criticised after that, not sacked but nevertheless criticised. Same situation with Arsene. You can't expect us to say "we won't criticise Wenger because we were 5 points clear 4 weeks ago".hanny73 wrote:Were you criticising Wenger 4 weeks ago when we were 5 points clear?

I don't think that there's any problem with Wenger's managerial methods as such, but I feel that he's been there for too long, and it would more beneficial if we brought in a fresh pair of eyes. He's become slightly complacent, and his belief that Hleb, Bendtner and Walcott are title winning players is very naive. I just think that at this stage, we could really use someone new.hanny73 wrote:BBP - can you suggets anyone that would do a better job than Wenger??

Re: Wenger DOESN'T Know
you sound like those chelsea idiots singing 'you don't know what you're doing' and 'jose mourinhio' when grant took ballack and that other twat off, can't remember who it was now, i agree you need to buy some proven players, but like someone else said, you're in the 1/4s of c l and 6 points behind us, for a young inexperienced team surely that can't be that bad, now it just needs some fine tuning, i think you may be jumping the gun a bit on the back of some bad results which has probably cost you the title, i am just glad arsenal pushed us most of the way instead of just those rent boy twats, even though they may now be in a better position.Bring Back Pires wrote:If you get rid of Henry, Bergkamp, Vieira and Pires and replace them with Adebayor, Bendtner, Hleb and Walcott, then you can't expect to win the league.

there is still 21 points to play for, you're 6 points behind, who knows, still a way to go yet
JUST DON'T WANT THEM RENT BOYS WINNING IT IF WE DON'T.

100% agreed. That is what I mentioned as well. I don't want Wenger to go and I wouldn't want him to go if we finished mid-table, but he's got to spend money or deliver as soon as possible.hanny73 wrote:Criticism is one thing, suggesting Wenger should go is a completely different.
