Sorry about your friend DB10 that's a shocking thing to hear.
After the final I manged to get on a Metro carriage with just three of us in Arsenal colours and the whole rest of the car were Barca fans...I was hot, gutted and not pleased to be in that situation, but fair play to the Barca fans who gave us no bother.
Ended up at one of those Bistro/bar type places that Paris is full of, sitting on the pavement, and started drinking Scotch.
It is all a bit of a blur after that but I cannot forget the flight home.
The new massive Airbus was landing at Heathrow, so we had to circle London three times...got a great view..was like watching the Eastenders opening credits but in real life...but then the pilot decided to try a very low approach to the runway and most of thought there was a bit of a chance of crashing...woman next to me started crying and I'm trying to re assure her and pray for a safe landing at the same time...was anyone else on that flight, you would not have forgotten it if you were?

I remember I had a certificate test the day after, so I couldn't stay drinking in Paris all night. But I met some english, asking for help, so I helped them to travel into Paris and they paid me some beers 
, that was a good deal!
