How long will that last? Have you considered who you have handed the reins of government to? The likes of Boris, Gove, and IDS are not on the side of ordinary people. And Farage has already said there isn't £350m to spend on the NHS.

The first lie of many from the Brexiters to be exposed. It wasn't project fear, it was project reality.

A lot of Remain advocates and posters on this forum have been sensationalist and patronising (as graciously admitted by Nutflush).
Leave supporters were characterised as racist and economically illiterate.

And still this morning the bollocks continues. A number of posters have stated that the pound is at its lowest for 30 years. Bollocks!
It may have suffered its biggest fall, but that's not the same thing. A couple of years back a pound bought you 1.01 euros. This morning, before the markets have properly corrected you can get 1.23, nearly 25% more.

I don't know exactly what the future holds, but at most it will be a bit different to how it would've been. Maybe a bit better, maybe a bit worse. Let's not panic.

It's at it's lowest for 30+ years against the dollar. The Euro has been hit by Brexit as well. The $ is hugely important because much of our non Euro trade is denominated in $, particularly oil and gas, so expect to see increases in your petrol and energy bills.

It's true about the dollar, but within a couple of hours (and before the markets opened) the pound had already strengthened.

In times of uncertainty the dollar always strengthens, but I'm sure the pound will continue to recover.

Based on what? Been in decline again since about 9. The BofE may have to support it by raising interest rates. How many remember what that does to your mortgage?

Tbf, Farage didn't say there wasn't 350 million to spend. He just said he couldn't guarantee it would all be on the NHS. Which is fair enough because he isn't the chancellor
