To the tune of One Arsene Wenger

This is the best song option yet. It's simple, direct and makes the only point that needs to made tonight. The protest is about forcing Wenger out and the message needs to be plain and simple. I agree with Augie's early comment that songs about old players etc are not appropriate tonight. They will dilute the focus and potentially send mixed messages. Armchair's effort also strikes home, because it takes the fucking "One Arsene Wenger" anthem and turns it on it's head.

I realise that it's now very late in the day, but some control over what is sung / chanted needs to be exercised. It has to be about Wenger, nothing else. The Old Fraud is only leaving if he decides to leave, as we all know, they'll never sack him, so we need to be intense and precise in targeting him. His ego is bigger than Canada and our only hope is to prick that ego and antagonise it, let him know how seriously unwanted he is.

Keep the songs and chants simple and effective and personal, without foul language.

Arsene Wenger's tragic
He wears a tragic hat
But when he saw 8 million
He said I'm having that

We want you to go
We want you to go-ooo
Arsene Wenger, we want you to go
(Flipping the chav and scum piss take around)

And simply :
Wenger Wenger Wenger
Out out out

Hardly Cole Porter, but you get the idea.

I like the 3 highlighted one's - I think the one that mentions the money he is getting will hurt him the most, and will probably be the one that the meeja hacks question him about if the march is successful tonight 8)

Bugger this. Bomb scare at London Bridge so all trains are heavily delayed. I'm stuck in deepest Kent waiting for a train that may never come. Just what we didn't need today

I'll have to get my banners out here

Shows how much I think of my club that my first thought is "I wonder if this is the club trying to sabotage the protest"?
"London Bridge Station and the area surrounding it is on lockdown after cops were called to a “suspicious vehicle” says the Sun...
An eye witness said that a tall man with grey hair wearing a grey jacket was seen scurrying away from the scene of the chaos. The vehicle has been left with leetle bit handbrake on.

I still favour something a bit more aggressive

To the tune of ''We Won the League on Merseyside'' (probably has another name but fuck it)

We want you out
We want you out

Out of our club
Out of our club

We want you out of Ars-en-al
You mustn't sign a new contract
We want you out of Ars-en-al

Or

We're gonna hound you out
We're gonna hound you out

And now you gonna believe us
And now you gonna believe us
And now you gonna believe uuuusssssss

We're gonna hound you out

Am sat at the bar in the Gunners cracking on. Surprisingly empty in the area in general - know it's only 5pm but used to be rammo even now back in the Highbury days? Only fans I've seen are tourists wearing merch head to toe and generally disgracing themselves.

Seen a few paddy wagons up and down Avenell Road too, they can fuck right off.

Well, that's certainly the song I thought you meant. Trying to get it to scan. Tell me, did you intend it to be sung in English?? :D :D

I reckon around 200 would be a success, but we'll find out shortly!
