Re: other matches this weekend
They've still got to go to Man Utd and Everton and have the Chavs and scum at their hovel and they'll lose at somewhere else shit too. City won't let them win the league. Bindippers are the 2019 Newcastle of 1996.

Re: other matches this weekend
Hopefully that will tone down the idiotic Stupid Teeth worship on here....
Citeh need to rebuild that defence nearly as much as we do!
Sterling was beyond shit. Said it on the Invincibles thread he is just like Feo Feo - all pointless running with no end product and panicky choosing of the wrong option with the ball at his feet. This obsession some people have with players that run around alot bemuses me. That's athletics you are thinking of lads not football.
Looking forward to discussing this match with the two armchair cùnts in work this morning. Yesterday they seemed to be of the opinion that they would win 5-0 and be presented with the PL trophy last night.

How on earth Germany could leave out a player of Sane's quality is beyond me - pace, power and certainly an end product.
Have some of that you Mickey c.unts !!

Re: other matches this weekend
Sterling is obviously a frustrating player but gets undeservedly hammered a lot of the time too.
Yesterday Aguero was blowing out of his arse after an hour and just ambled about the place not closing down, not offering an outlet, losing the ball when he got it in good positions and he missed a golden chance to put the game to bed. I thought Sane’s attitude stank and whilst he thankfully took his goal well he gave the ball away continuously and mishit so many passes.
By contrast Sterling kept plugging away, won a penalty (against any other team anyway), set up Sane’s goal and also put Aguero through to fluff (both times making great decisions and which ball to play and when). A few times he picked up the ball and carried it 40+ yards to get them up the pitch. Yes he also lost the ball a few times and is always going to frustrate but I can’t understand how he is a prime target for criticism.
Fernandinho was also immense. City’s defence is comparatively awful - no clean sheets in 8 - and has he not been breaking up nearly everything then Liverpool’s front three would have caused havoc dropping into the space between defence and midfield and in all likelihood they’d have won the game. Easy to see how they lost games without him recently.

Amazing player.
Re: other matches this weekend
You drinking this morning steve ??

DB10, I watched citeeh play the victims a few times last season, and every single time a scouse player went near sterling he literally pissed himself. Last night he wanted the ball, he didnt shy away from the physical challenges, and as has been said already, he set up the winner and should have had a penalty as well. I constantly slate the guy cos he is vastly over-rated imo, but last night I will give credit where it is due and say that I thought that he excellent

A victim supporter with the Twitter username of King Kenny has started a Twitter campaign to get their "goal" that was overruled by Goalline Technology reviewed...You couldnt make it up. Apparently the shadow of the ball showed it had clearly crossed the line.

Always loved Santi in an Arsenal shirt and am delighted he is playing again, but in a post Christmas Grinch moan can I ask how long Arsenal paid him and worked on his rehabilitation ( I know with our medical record that was a hindrance more than a help) before letting him leave and play for someone else.? If he is fit and strong enough to play for Villarreal surely he had something to offer Arsenal .
Re: other matches this weekend
I wish him all the very best but he should have not been given that last years extension on his contract .
Great to see him stick it to Madrid though !
On another note Mods can we not have a fully dedicated Liverpool thread and dump every victim story in it ,it would quickly grow into a cornucopia of laugh's as their season (hopefully) disintegrates !

After all the many many millions that TOF pissed away on some of the most ridiculous player purchases in PL history and numerous contract extensions....you're going to have a teeny tiny moan about Santi who was one of the few footballers I actually enjoyed watching play for us over the last 10 years of the TOF's self destruction. Some of the shite who are nicking a living at our place and you want to mention poor old Santi who nearly lost his fucking leg as a result of the injury......you're a hard man to please

I am 1000% with herd here, and it isnt a moan about santi at all. Look around you and you will see the club that was is no more, and it has now been replaced by a big business - they treat the fans as customers and have done their bit to take emotion out of the game and the stadium. However if they treat us like mere customers of their business there to fleece at will, then there sure as shit better be running every other part of their business in an equally frugal manner, and sentiment should not come into it. The fact that we liked cazorla as a player, should not ignore the fact that we gave a bumper extension to a guy whose future in the game was uncertain, and by that sentiment wellshit should also get a new contract, and I dont think any of us believe that should happen

No I am.saying that he could/ should be still at Arsenal after Arsenal paying his wages for 18 months while he recovered..I am in no way blaming Santi for that, I loved him playing for us and am genuinely delighted for him.Jock Gooner wrote: ↑Fri Jan 04, 2019 1:53 pmOh come on Grinchie....reallyBradywasking wrote: ↑Fri Jan 04, 2019 11:10 amAlways loved Santi in an Arsenal shirt and am delighted he is playing again, but in a post Christmas Grinch moan can I ask how long Arsenal paid him and worked on his rehabilitation ( I know with our medical record that was a hindrance more than a help) before letting him leave and play for someone else.? I've been in America far too long.

I'm coming home in May though, after 14 years
