Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I see the media and pundits alike are up in arms this morning over the West Ham red card.

It’s a disgrace! It must be overturned immediately! The contact was unintentional! VAR is killing the game!

Meanwhile the other night with side show -

Correct decision, the referee and VAR got it spot on, it’s doesn’t matter that that contact was unintentional, a foul’s a foul.

Fuck Arsenal :barscarf:
They dont even pretend it's not biased anymore. :censored:

Seems his double ankle break was about as genuine as the Belieber Grealish's numerous "concussions" were against us....

My god, they have to play those two every game don't they, otherwise they'd be absolutely fucked

Only consolation is that old Walrus Chops is definitely going to break that 'never been relegated' record - they are shite!

Yes play every game and not too tired, we are still resting Martinelli from an injury he recovered from in early december
still we always have the dynamic willian to get the goals

This is exactly what i can't believe doesn't get called out more often - all this utter bollocks about needing a rest. A top tennis player plays a game every 3 days or so sometimes lasting for hours. Kane and Son play every game for this lot, week in, week out - perhaps the odd league cup game here or there and when they got their usual non-league FA Cup opponents. Both play every game for their country too. Sure, they pick up the odd knock but generally more available than our protected bunch of pansies. Likewise last season Liverpool's front 3 played just about every game

The best way to get fit is play games - not sit on the bench. The FA Cup surrender was shameful and could have been averted

He'll be playing every game from here on in for Leicester mate - league, FA Cup, Europa League - 2 matches a week from now till the end of the season, just watch. 34 years old too. Meanwhile we'll be giving Martinelli 10 minutes here and there, aged 19 - don't want to burn out the poor lad by having him play more than that in a week do we?

According to the cunty commentator he "accepted the contact". Fucking vermin. :censored:

Nice to see The Legend "Trent" getting skinned alive by Sterling. To say Sterling is beating him like a woman would be an understatement!
