I was going to suggest something similar, but rather than do away with it all together, why don't we re-name it the

"He''s a Very Naughty Boy (or Girl)" as in Monty Python's 'Life Of Brian'....

Mind you there are some right *word censored* that really do deserve to be Utterly "Naughty Boy'd"...Naaaah it just seem to 'hit the spot' like a right ole C******g does it!
