That said why then keep on an injured Cesc or persevere with Sol? I'm not totally convinced he was saving AA and Nasri for Tuesday. Samir is quite ineffective away from home and Andrey is off form so he may have thought Walcott (who scored there before) and Rosicky were genuinely better options. Who knows. But he could have switched it up a lot earlier.

Book our players for nothing early on thus hampering their game, let the Brum players get away with crippling Cesc, poleaxing Song and whatever else and not book one of their players until after 80 mins...disallowing a legit goal, theirs stood when about 4 players were offside...I think I may do a roly and stand by the fact that for us to win the league would be disaster for the bookies and the league and so Webb has been sent in to fuck it up.
