Anyone else now thinking that rather then making an early tactical change in subbing denilson at half time rather then waiting till the 60 minute mark as per usual it was so that the little darling didn't get some nasty boos from those mean travelling supporters when taken off during play?

No, i think it was because it was quite clear to all that we needed to sacrifice one of Ramsey, Wilshire or Denilson and bring on another striker

There are plenty of examples in the past where that has been the case and yet he's stuck to his sub routine..

Then there was also apparently the time he didn't sub arshavin for risk of him being booed by the home crowd.

The crowd were really turning on Denilson in the first half. My guess is Denilson was such a state at HT that Wenger had no choice but to sub him. Away support also booed team off at half time.

I didn’t hear any boo’s at the game apart from me shouting at the top of my voice only 1 wenger and no one joined in.

At the end of the game Barry walked over and most were clapping at the team. I walked off in a rage and don’t remember much more about the day or drive home.

Sunday morning woke up alone , the mrs and my 2 dogs all slept on the sofa.

Not good

Well, at least the crowd are now telling the players what we think.

And if it's right that Denilson was in such a state, then it just sums up at which point we are with this team, and how fragile they really are (outstanding mental strength, notwithstanding)

I was on the beers early and never stopped
as I posted (and bet) I had some mentalist idea United would lose their first home game and we would win at the hawthorns (I have a pretty bad record there - I think I saw the great FrannyJeffers get us a winner there once, thats about it - even seen a darren carter wondergoal ffs)

got delayed never made our Brum curry, drunk right through and all the way back to London
was on a pinkticket so up till 5 am in Crackney didnt make it home

then ended up babysitting my mates two sons all day as my drunkness segued into hangover

all bad

I have never felt so bad after a game. Far worse the worse hangover all season! Hangover started at about 7pm

Got home and the mrs had a bath run, candles, dinner made and wanted servicing.

She was not happy to see me asleep on the bathroom floor within 10 minutes of being home.

Thanks again Wenger and thanks JD who told us we would win and Manure would lose.
