Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Nice of you to be thinking of me chaps :D

Was hoping that I'd get a nice late prezzie with a cameo appearance from the twinkle-toed genius at Swansea this weekend but think it might be too soon for him.

Hopefully he'll be back to give Santi a little rest against City and weave his unique brand of magic

He's nearly back

The only time I will permit Arsene's use of 'like a new signing'

Rumours on the interweb that Diaby decapitated himself during the warm-up for training yesterday.

TBH I'd be amazed if we get 5 games out of him. And they won't even be consecutive. :banghead:

30th June 2015 :barscarf:

117 games in seven seasons has cost the club around £23.8m in wages/fees. I see QPR have ended their sick note Kieron Dyer's contract, we gave peanut head an extension. Arsene Turnip, what a genius

Two and a half years more of the Great Man to come. Hopefully we'll get to see his peak years during that time - frightening to think he can still get better

I sincerely hope that once Lord Wenger has signed his own contract extension in the Summer that he gets Abou to do likewise until 2017

Peanut head is actually playing for the U-21's as we speak. Actually playing a game  Let's hope he doesn't kick the ball or he's done for 6 months.
