Yeah we could have they really wanted mercenarynasricunt...so we could have stipulated it...but oh no!....He could even teach walcott how to beat a player..AND teach the team how to Shoot from more than 3 yards.... !franksav63 wrote:I don't know why we couldn't have hooked it together with the Clichy or the Nasricunt deals even on loan???QuartzGooner wrote:Would have him at Arsenal, but not sure City would loan him.kiwomya wrote:Breaking news:

So Yossi isn't "super quality" in your eyes then?OneBardGooner wrote:After having to endure my beloved Arsenal being Raped Repeatedly on sunday, I felt like - well - like I NEVER have before about Arsenal, Footie etc....I'm sure you all know what I mean...and then we managed to sign 3 players yesterday/today Mertesacker, Santos and Yung/Young (sp?)....Not what I would have signed buy hey...a signings a signing and metesacker is 6' 6" (could help stop the goals from dead ball situations) I began feeling the tiniest bit better after sunday - which will haunt me forever - and then I in work someone says Arsenal are signing Arteta - A very decent player - not cesc class obviously but classier than the other 3...and then get home, turn on the radio and come on here...and hear that the Arteta deal has gone tits up, so we've turned our attention to benayoun (read benny from crossroads) a player the scouosers dumped on the chavs who were looking for some clutz club to palm him off on.....guess what!? we are THAT club...nout only are the team being raped on the pitch - and by proxy the fans are....but we are also being gangraped in the transfer market....
F F SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!
I've really tried to understand how wenger's hand s have been tied and how he has had no money for 6 years...regardless of what the board have said..and now he has £70 mill+...

I dont think we are sorted in defence at all, if either Vermaelen or Mertesacker get injured then we are fucked yet again, I think we desperately need another quality CB, Jagielka, Samba or Cahill. We might be a little bit stronger than last season but thats not saying much at all.worthing_gooner wrote:Gunnersaurus wrote:Face it, we are fucked, goes from one extreme to the next, defence looks sorted and now the creativity is weak. You're right. Five fucking years we've been waiting to sort the defence out. He finally does it the year we get rid of our two best midfielders

Like to see Adam Johnson get down to London by 11pm for a medical. We've left it too fucking late.kiwomya wrote:BBC:A clutch of clubs are now being linked with Manchester City's England winger Adam Johnson, who might find his game-time a bit limited after the arrival of Samir Nasri. Stoke and Arsenal have been mentioned. Expect QPR to get involved once Neil Warnock hears he might be available.

This is the turning point for Wenger surely. He is being made to look like th ereal clueless mug he is. It is now obvious that he wasn't going to bring anyone in and then when forced to through fan and media pressure, he can't look beyond players that cost less that £10m. This year we know he is fucking us up through his own mis-management. He hasn't got a clue who to look at, where to go to find players and how to put a proper bid in. His failure to adapt to modern day football is as bad as- in fact worse than the last days of- George. What really winds me up is that the *word censored* will give us some bollocks excuses and treat us like spoilt children demanding more and more.
There were many who gave him this last window to sort it out and if he comes up with Yosser Benimshit, then he is failing in hos job of managing Arsenal and needs to be shown the door. He has known since last June that Cesc would go and must have known that Nasri would more than likely leave. He has done nothing to sort this and can now piss right off.
