I cannot understand for one second why, when the season is 2 days away, we haven't even replaced the players who have left let alone strengthened other areas. Patience is pretty much out of the window now.

Why does it suprise you? This is exactly what happened in the summer of 2011. Don't worry though we will sign quality on the final day, such as Park Chu Young and Santos.kiwomya wrote:I honestly didn't realise the squad was this thin until I looked it up on .com this morning.

It cannot be fathomed by those who haven't worked half a day in football, it remains unknowable to us mere mortals.DB10GOONER wrote:Welcome to the *WWW!!kiwomya wrote:I honestly didn't realise the squad was this thin until I looked it up on .com this morning.

Wenger made a big thing of saying how stressful 2011 was so I don't understand why it's been allowed to happen again.spendsum4uckingmoney wrote:Why does it suprise you? He did (although he still didn't acknowledge that it was his fault for burying his head in the sand for months).kiwomya wrote:Wenger made a big thing of saying how stressful 2011 was so I don't understand why it's been allowed to happen again.spendsum4uckingmoney wrote:Why does it suprise you? With the CL qualifier coming and the chance of injuries being high for certain players, I just can't comprehend it.

Kicker saying that Wolfsburg is paying 20 Million Euros for Gustavo to Bayern, something Arsenal was not willing to pay.
WTF is going on? how stupid can one be? 20 Million Euros is a bargin for these kind of defensiv midfield player, I honestly can't belive it
!
Cheers,
Thomas
Who would have thought a question like this would be relevant when Gazidis was blowing hot air out his hole last June?highburyJD wrote:By what time would Flamini (or anyone else) have to register to play v Villa?
Its the Arsenal way, never exceeding that 15 million mark, its pathetic, and this season, will see Wenger exposed for the muppet he is.Tomáš wrote:http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/bund ... lecht.html
