The Summer 2014 TRANSFER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sadly the mods have to read your shite and I am sorely tempted to give you some temporary bans so I don't have to get some new glasses. :x

Whilst everyone is discussing whether it will be Khedira.......Carvalho........or Joe Average

I'm more interested in whether it will be McQueen or Abdo.......as long as it isn't rat faced Sawyer eh Rodders ?

In Wenkers press conference today he said we will have the same squad as last weeks Emirates Cup matches, unless we buy someone before then (Man City Community Shield game)
Now I know he likes to play with the press but I do think that a signing is imminent in the next couple of days. :D

I know, I know, it's the hope that kills you.

Or, maybe, you could perhaps just alter the bastard font?

Please

Yep, Wenger will make a cut-price £3m move for Remy now that it's common knowledge he has knee-knack.

Then he'll bring Song back in a £38m deal.

"Juventus interested in Wilshere."

I would sell for the right money.
A gamble as he has huge potential, but he could go either way and be a bit of David Bentley.

http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/footbal ... 53452.html
Seemed like one of the more far-fetched rumours of the summer. Does anybody think there would be any genuine interest on either side?
Topgoon posted this rumour earlier on today and the source is Metro so make of that what you will.
Quartz acknowledges Topgoon's remarks and apologises as he was lost in a cyan haze

SteveO, you know it will be our Natalie with her giant orbs that will have my pants throbbing on deadline day. This year I plan to splash out at 9:37pm 8)

Catalan papers and radio stations running with the story that we've agreed a deal with Barcawhores for TV5 and it's €13m.

They are claiming manure tried to hijack the deal but we refused to sell to them.

If true then about bloody time.
