So when we finally get rid of some of the overpaid underachievers that have taken us all for mugs for the last few years we replace them with players of dubious quality that may or may not be better

Weaker squad than last season without doubt.

Man Utd stronger

Man City undoubtably stronger

Chelsea stronger

Liverpool stronger

Tiny Totts less players so squad wise weaker but with 1 or 2 improvements

Congrats Arsene you have surpassed yourself
