It's back, other games this weekend

Oh God we are going to listen to some shite now...They got four big decisions over two games,Don't think City done enough to win anyway They were too repetitive tonight .
But as in 2005 Liverpool got massive decisions over the two legs. Is it ironic that Roma knocked Barca out with Dzeko leading the line while City were crying out for a focal point in their attack ?

wow Barca out. A bit more luck and the scousers could be in another european final. Never thought they had to enough to knock out city, but it was at Anfield that they were horiffic.

Wow Barca out too. Bayern and Madrid will be licking their lips. Crazy Madrid could win three in a row when nobody before could even defend the trophy.

City best team ever? Lost 3 on the bounce and spurs will do them at the weekend making it 4. Crisis????
It wasn't that long ago we lost 4 in a row and everybody lost their fucking minds.
Well, Liverpool have beaten Roma and Real Madrid in European cup finals already, Bayern Munich next?
Would love Juventus to turn it around.

Hmm. Have the bin dippers ever played Juventus in a European final? Just wondering because I remember something about them killing a load of Italians once upon a time.

Even if they were to lose to spuds, they'll win the league with ease to put alongside the league cup. Hardly a crisis to compare to our useless crunts mate.
But no, you observe correctly, they aren't the best team ever, and don't even come close to the incredible side we once possessed imo.

Their league record now is not as good as Arsenal's 1990/91 team.
They seem to be limping over the line. They are becoming predictable and stale and I imagine they now think this season will never end.

100% this ^. No comparing Citeh to our current shambles of a team.... or to our once amazing Invincibles side.... or indeed the 98 and 02 Double sides either IMHO.

I missed most of that season as I was travelling around America, wasn’t the only game we lost against the chavs was while Tony Adams was behind bars, could have been our first invincibles :?

Going back to last nights games, seeing Barca go out was amusing and seeing that smug pep lose was pretty funny too.

I would like to see pool go on and win it, I certainly wouldn’t support Bayern or Madrid and definitely not an Italian side who for me are still the most cynical teams in Europe.

Let’s face it we will never win as many European cups as them (or even manure, Nottingham Forest and dare I say villa  ) so I’m quite immune to their boasting of it.

Don't mind the team or the manager but as for the rest of "" The Pool "" their fans I don't want to see them win anything ,Anyone that stood on the terraces when the loveable scousers kicked and pushed kids over and out of their way to get behind the goal to wave their scarves and sing their bloody stupid song will know how I feel
I wouldn't give them the pickings off my nose.

This ^^^ x 100000

Watching those scouse c.unts win last night made me feel suicidal - we are going to endure a ton of shite talk from those w**kers, and even more so should they get drawn against roma in the semi's :suicide:

I just hope their next game is refereed by an Italian ref. Who is a rabid Juve fan since childhood. And had a family member murdered at Heysel.

Why what happened there mate? I know a load of Chelsea and Millwall, plus Maggie Thatcher, South Yorkshire police and reporters from The Sun made a trip over to Belgium to murder some Juve fans but what has that got to do with the poor innocent Victims?
