The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Times Online reporting that according to their sources, Wenger "reluctant to spend in January" due to "returning players" from injury
:barscarf: :barscarf:

Internal solutions are coming. Can't wait for Stan to add another 3% ST hike and then nick another £3m from club coffers.
Roll up, roll up!

Can a non-existent centre-back return? Surely we have to buy one before we can injure him.

Didn't last year's January transfer window teach you anything?

And apparently 'reluctant' to meet Legia's £2.3m asking price for the latest teen sensation who we will be releasing to Norwich or Reading for an undisclosed fee in 3 years time after numerous loan deals in the interim

Meanwhile City close in on the one striker in the PL I'd kill for us to sign - Bony

Looks like Bony will join them for £25m. Didn't Laudrup sigh him for just under £12m? Cost the same as Giroud, twice the player though :rubchin:
I'm honestly amazed at Wenger. Truly. He lied to the fans about replacing Vermaelen if he left. Didn't.
He then leaked to all the rags that a DCM and CB were defo going to come in Jan. Then sure as spunk follows a Red Action street demo; the infamous January "players returning from injury" is trotted out. A few weeks after the "warchest" gets rolled out. It's the same tired bullshit formula and amazingly, nobody is calling him out on it, fans carry on paying through the nose to go. He's taking the effin piss now, this is ridiculous. :banghead:
I repeat NO other club fans would let him get away with it. The summer was a Disgrace and ppl still claimed we would be "contenders" after that farce so, why am I surprised?
It's just shocking. Funniest bit is he's insulted clubs don't like his pisstake offers but wasn't he publicly slating Inter for their "joke" Podolski bid?
Hypocrite piece of shit. This club seriously needs a new lease of life as this C*** is sucking the very last gasps of life out of Arsenal FC both he and his wig-piece BITCH. Oh and the muppets who defend him...

Luis Enrique has had a falling out with Messi - who missed training too. Reports (BBC) emerging that it's a 'him or me' situation. Apparently everyone hates Enrique.

Messi has added Chelsea on instagram, whatever the fuck that is. His buy-out is 200m euros, I wonder if Arsene would be interested.

Around 5'7", lightweight winger type, so he definitely fits the bill

Knowing our luck we'll probably sign him and he'll be complete shite :barscarf:
