I'm always in the "easiest tie possible" camp so this draw can fuck off. I'll be in the Caribbean for the cricket when this is on but would still be nice to come home to our season still being alive on two fronts (FA Cup and Europe)
I concur, give me the easiest possible tie and let the other big guns ko eachother.A lot of people say you have to play the big teams at some point..well let's play them in the semis and onwards.I just hope dick plays a strong team.

Guess how that conversation goes? ' never a priority ' or ' we can concentrate on the League and Champions League' then of course ' there were lads playing there that I have never heard of ' and obviously the 16 year old will be hailed as the new Van Dijk.
Stupid teeth is blaming the fixture congestion of Christmas for his selection..Obviously Wolves have had a month off to prepare..The TV companies carved up the Christmas fixture list to suit the Victims.... Friday, Wednesday, Saturday, Thursday was their schedule. Arsenal had their four games in three less days.

Yep standard deluded victim mentality from the mouser twats.

Good point on the fixture "congestion".

Ffs the PL, the media, and the referees are bending over backwards to see the fucking Mousers finally win another title after nearly 3 decades and it still won't be their fault when they fucking fail miserably which they will.

Cue Stupid Teeth quote in May as citeh lift the trophy and the mousers win fuck all;

"Ja for sure zat comment by Maggie Thatcher in ze Sun newzpaper in 1983 robbed us of glory zis year ja". :censored:

the trouble is that the scheduling of PL fixtures these days is destroying the FA Cup.
because of all the international breaks/ not allowing any other matches when there is European Cup matches on, the PL has to squash all its matches into Dec/Jan.

there are midweek PL fixtures straight AFTER the FA Cup 4th round. Ridiculous. They should go back to having FA Cup replays in the days after the original tie.

We have found something to agree on Rob . The F.A Cup has been allowed to suffer at the hands of the money makers supporting the elite large clubs instead of being the lifeline for so many of the smaller ones.

Beat me to it.. Definatly looked offside and the penalty was dodgy too..His legs together swan dive may have come after a bit of contact , but don't the rules for a retrospective ban cover exaggerating contact in order to con the officials?..
Hardly surprising that Sly Sports exonerated Kane on that and also claimed he was onside. Again the rule states any part of the body you can score with. His head was leaning forward of the Chelsea defender.

Absolutely 100% offside and tbh for me the penno was a dive. Watch Fat Tongue's right leg. It goes straight and moves unnaturally towards the keeper to make the contact. That straight leg is a dead giveaway every time. :censored:

So this is VAR huh? A 5 minute wait followed by the same inconsistent often wrong decisions we had before. Brilliant.

Also I am getting to the point where Smudger is really getting on my tits with his whole super neutral nice guy "no one cheats" bullshit. :|

Exactly. The linesman actually got the decision right on his own and flagged offside. Then VAR overruled him and gave the wrong decision :banghead:

funny thing is, to any normal observer its off and a clear dive, but i listened to talkshite this morning. think they had some scummer on there and he said it was a stonewaller- and the keeper should have been sent off

david seaman and nucleur reactor alan brazil agreed it was a pen. now forgive me if i'm wrong but there is no difference between the kane dive last night and eduardo's v celtic in which he became the most castigated sportsman in the world for a few weeks after. i would love this double standard to be publicly addressed one day. is it tottenham being given special treatment, is it arsenal being given unfavourable treatment or is it typical xenophobia? it may be all three but i'm sick of saint harry (and son) getting away with this every week.

even gillette soccer saturday had a pop at us the other week when 3 of our players were booked for diving - not saying at least 2 weren't dives but why are we targeted here? tottenham dived twice and profited from it in our match against them and nothing was mentioned. it goes past infuriating to just downright hilarious. are we not supposed to notice the clear agenda by the media?

Excellent post HN13. 8) Of course we'll now have some devil's advocate type on here claiming it's paranoia or it "makes us sound like the spuds". Fuck them.

I have no problem with divers being castigated even when it's our lads. What I have a problem with is this imbalance in who gets castigated. Why no furore over Kane, Son and Salah all taking numerous dives? But when an Arsenal player takes a dive it's like he was caught molesting children ffs.

The Eduardo thing bugged me for years after and still does. He took one ďive at a time when England internationals Slippy G and Granny Molester were diving in almost every game every week and yet it was like Eduardo had killed someone.

Media cùnts. Hate them all tbh. :censored:

He said the same about playing in England that it was us or nothing.....until the chavs came calling.

to be fair - the ex-manager turned him down, he did want to sign for us. the ex-manager had that stupid rule about never re-signing players right up until TH14 and flamini were available.

we also turned down Petit and Edu, Edu (The Invincible winning Edu) who was only 28 at the time and miserable in Valencia.

so i blame the ex-manager and don't blame Cesc if he has hard feelings towards him.
