WALCOTT - which position is best etc?

of course it is.
what bothers me now is that Wenger appears to be fully involved in the cover ups as much as anyone else.
but basically Kroenke is asset stripping the club. He remains the main person to blame
So who was asset stripping before Kroenke bought the club out?
no one was - we were a competitive football club until the spring of 2011.
we appeared to be last season because of RVP's goals but the true enormity of the problems at the club will only hit home this season.

We are shipping out the dross, so why not this greedy grabbing git.
Six years of crap. Nearly always flattering to deceive and falling over his feet, the ball or the opposition. Some flashes of hope but not enough for us to keep him as we give him a huge payrise.
imo he is no better than Gervinho, wherever he might be played.
Get rid, now.

Like Dembele, we can wait for the Spuds to sign him (though we have far more cash than them) and Arsene can then tell us all he 'didn't have room' to fithim in because of all that super-quality in our midfield (Gervinho, Ramsey and Diaby WOW)

I voted to keep him. We need numbers if we lose Theo and he is replaced then id be happy for him to go but we all know the money wont be spent so its one less player in this thin mediocre squad

This is the crux of it. I hardly think we've handled our sales policy well over the last few years and even in this case we should have sorted it earlier in the window but fundamentally does anybody actually think the greedy bastard is worth £100k/w?

Feo featured prominently in those glorious years too, didn't he?

Not bothered about Theo going (if he does) he has flattered to deceive for absolutely years now. No doubt he will be great against us as we will give him loads if space to gallop into.
A man who gets it!

Once (Edu) is amn accident.
Twice (Flamini) is bordering on stupidity.

But let's look at Samir Nasri, Robin Van Persie, Theo Walcott, Clichy, etc...

You telling me the club had no idea their contracts were up? Serious?
It's far easier to let these contracts run down, and the claim 'We made a great offer, player wants more money, what a mercenary, we were left with no choice to sell'

What's even more ridiculous than that is the amount of gormless fans who swallow it hook, line, sinker.
You cannot tell me that even clubs like Villa, Everton, Spuds, Newcastleetc know the value of tying players down to contracts when they're near on expiry?

What did the Spuds just do with Bale? What did they do with Modric? Extended both asap.

Arsenal is different because we don't want o give them extended contracts because that means paying out bigger wages, which Kroenke doesn't want and which Wenger is opposed to unless it's bigger wages for one his French-speaking pussies l[ike Diaby or Djourou or Song.

It's clearly a deliberate ploy, just as it was delibrate when Wenger lied to the fans about Vermaelen being fit to return last year - only to inform us a day after the Jnauary window shut that 'I knew he would be out for the season'...just as he lied about Wilshere returning last year, only to tell us he wouldn't be once the window shut.

And he is back on the Wilshere lie again. No way is Wilshere coming back before the end of 2012, forget it.

I can't really advocate selling a decent player if we don't replace him, however if we'll actually splash the cash then yes, go ahead and sell him.

Him being dismayed at RvP leaving/the general situation is absolute bollocks. Walcott himself said he was leaving the negotiations completely to his representatives while he went away, proving that all he cares about is money. If we throw stupid money at him then that'll be it and he'll sign a deal.

This is 100% correct, Sell the winger who cant cross, take a man on and want a payrise for it

Get rid. On a good day he can be decent, a real threat. Sadly those days are extremely few and far between. He's more likely to have a bad day where is absolute toilet, can't trap a ball, mis-placing a simple 5 yard pass by 10 yards and totally ineffective against a defensive side set up to park the bus.

Unlike others who have been flogged before him, he would be a very easy player to replace.

we saw on Sunday who is replacing him - Gervinho.
