Re: January transfer rumours thread
I actually think he will go after a CF, even he knows we desperately need one as evidenced by going after Ba. But he'll go after somebody like Ba again and we'll probably end up with a bang average loan signing. We certainly won't be forking out for the quality striker we need, that's for sure.
I'm actually a big fan of Podolski and feel he's copped a lot of stick for his work rate amongst other things, and I would love to see him play as a striker given his instinctive finishing. I don't think we've seen the best of him, not even nearly, nor will we if we continue to banish him to the wing and ask him to babysit whilst Gibbs bombs forward. But a lone striker he will never be.

Only 18 days to go until the window opens and we can really ramp up the rumour mill.........how many strikers will we be linked with that aren't coming?

£5 cup of coffee? That's an absolute steal at our place. Presumably you have to pay extra for sugar, milk, boiling water or if you would like them to grind the beans for you first?SteveO 35 wrote:Diego Costa isn't comingMrT wrote:Diego Costa please.

I happily drink the bitter instant stuff in work because it's still not quite unpleasant enough to justify me being enough of a twat to bring in my cafetiere mug
