I say the Spuds will place the same next season. Every other team looks stronger.

I'm waiting to see if wenger actually has the intelligence and balls to go out and buy the Striker and the DMF we so desperately need, before I make any judgements on who will finish where.,

Re: The Scum Thread/Pochettino appointed
the fuckers are going backwards and will be lucky to get a top 7 finish.
spunked all Bale's transfer money on shit signings, and are now being linked with Ben Davies and Vorm from Swansea with Sigurdsson going the other way.
ha-ha hardly setting the world alight those 2 signings.
bet their muggy fans are still dreaming of 2 or 3 years ago when they nearly got 4th, no bale, no modric and no fucking hope

Has the tide not turned yet then ?
I am confused, cos it was only a little while ago that none of our players would get in a combined 11 as they had a better keeper, defence, midfield and forwards..........oh well, always next year ain't there

I, too, am perplxed.
I could've sworn this power shift in north London whereby the status quo would flip was meant to have taken place for the past six years or so?

Disappointed there's been no talk of power shifts, always makes it even funnier when things pan out in the inevitable way. Maybe if they win their first game or two we'll start hearing about title challenges and everything will be right again
In great news for every team other than Spurs and England Andros 'one week' Townsend is nearly fit again

Andros Townsend, runs around a bit for 20 mins, then gets found out by the full back, disappears for the next 50 mins before being subbednorthbank123 wrote:Disappointed there's been no talk of power shifts, always makes it even funnier when things pan out in the inevitable way. And how many more seasons is Lennon going to steal a weekly salary, this bloke surely has to be up there with Downing for producing no end product,
Re: The Scum Thread/Pochettino appointed
Remember Townsend being heralded as the new Gareth Bale on the back of a one off performance against the mighty Montenegro? Lol
Re: The Scum Thread/Pochettino appointed
At Townsend's age Walcott was already featuring heavily in our team producing goals 10+ min a season and the equivalent number in assists per season.
The scum also like comparing Walcott to that blind alley loser Lennon.
Both these two fools had 46 appearances between them and contributed the staggering grand total of 1 goal and 3 assists. Most of those were by headless chicken Lennon, actually I mean all if those.
Walcott made 10 appearances as starter and sub last season scoring 6goals and making 4 assists. Only 10 apps and he still makes these 2 look useless. Granted they seem to manage that all by themselves.

Yeah, but the poor old Scum couldn't even get that right. They went and sold Cornelius to Real Madrid.northbank123 wrote:Having seen Planet of the Apes this has got recipe for disaster written all over itDB10GOONER wrote:You don't... you don't think they are... learning, do you?northbank123 wrote:Disappointed there's been no talk of power shifts, always makes it even funnier when things pan out in the inevitable way.![]()
