Tony Kroos...a German midfielder who delivers on the big stage.

Wish we had one of those......

Any surprise that the Real Madrid players are having a good World Cup? Ronaldo, Kroos, Modric, even Isco has been Spain's best player. Team full of players with the clutch gene reason why they won 3 Champions Leagues in a row.

Apparently Kroos' salary is about £200k per week.

Wish we were only paying that too........

That comeback win means Ozil is absolutely fucked now, no way he’s getting back into the side.

Still it will mean he’s nice and fresh when he comes back pretending to be sick in August.

A bit of advice my friends, you should put your tv on mute anytime the mexican players are about to sing their national anthem - being a good singer is not a required trait to being a good footballer, but those guys are fcuking awful and they (especially chicorito) belt it out with gusto
Fair play to them.

Love a bit of passion during a national anthem. Lack of patriotism has become prevalent in current society which is a sad reality imo.

Xhaka will surely get out of trouble for this if he says that he was sending a message of support/love to his brother who plays for albania ?

Good stuff from England but how do a team like Panama qualify for a world cup?

And not only are they abysmal, their players are reallly scummy too.

Wait until FIFA expand the competition to 40+ teams and it’s full of absolute shit like Panama

We are back to the point that letting in too many shit teams dilutes the standard of the competition, but of course offering places to smaller nations increases the votes for fifa presidential elections

It's coming home it's coming home its coming........

Of course, Ireland isn't a shit team. I think there's a bit of a level there, in any world cup you will get weaker sides. Sometimes they excel as Ireland, South Korea and Nigeria have done in the past, sometimes they don't.

To have a pop at a team that qualified on merit is poor form IMO.
