McDowell its over dude...no more - Hallelujah

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I like Cabaye, he took to the PL quite easily.

Cabaye would be a quality signing. So never happen then.

Ameobi and N'Zonzi have apparently both had medicals at Arsenal

No, Ameobis! We will probably get Shola's brother Sammy as well! Although the combined price for both of them may disrupt or self-sustaining model

Well I hate to admit it's fairly convincing, however what's most disconcerting is that Chamakh and Arshavin are still on the list :(

Also Cabaye's name has appeared exactly where Bendtner's name would be on the list, so IMO close guys, but no cigar

Park is still on the list too :(

Does the overwhelming silence mean our club officials are thrashing out deals, or are they on holiday :?:

Got the Flamini feeling with this one. This is about the worst possible solution for the club, we either miss out on any transfer money for him (providing any was on offer) and we don't end the speculation of another player leaving in 12 months - this could feed the red tops for months

Probably Arsene is also taking risk considering our situation. I don't mind Wenger showing finger to Theor if he thinks we do not fit his ambition. I think, he is just playing with Wenger.

Cabaye is a quality player - But, he's not the kind of player we need.

FFSaaaaaaake! We need a a Left Back, Another (proper) Goalie and a Holding Mid-fielder.

That picture would be incredibly easy to photoshop. Taking a picture of a computer screen to make it feel more "legitimate" is clever, but it's not nearly enough evidence for me to believe Cabaye is a done deal.

Besides, do you think the web department would be the first people to know? Having worked in marketing/web content, I can assure you they are not priority A-1

Van der Wiel is getting some mentions on some other sites just now.
Prolly just Mcdowell circulating another rumour.
