Ok I will take back the french part of what I said, and I honestly intended no offence to any french people, but I stand by the other part.

Yet the club is willing to let shit like Walcott run down his deal.
Arsenal is the worst run club in the PL, in terms of footballing decisions and wage structure.
FACT
Spot on.
Walcott isn't captain and hasn't told the world that he wants to leave though.

I can see it now, he won't sign another striker as Walcott is gonna be the internal soloution, he won't sign another midfielder because Wilshere and Frimpong are weeks away from full training and he won't sign another defender because we've kept 2 clean sheets and haven't look troubled this season.

It's coming, you know it.

Do you think out lack of transfers are linked to the deadwood we can't shift?

The only one I wouldnt be too bothered if we kept is Arshavin. It's a long shot but if he could actually be bothered he's still a class player with the ability to change a game.

I fear he needs better management to get the best out of him tho.

100% this!

 BABS! We agree  :barscarf:

Absolute disgrace if Walcott is allowed to leave for nothing. Where is the consistency between the two very similar situations (contract wise) of Walcott and RvP!?

To me it looks as if there is NO set transfer policy witin the club. It's all down to thw wims of our Dear Leader. Just like Pires leaving becuase he wanted a two year extension. Wenger was adament that he would only get one year. But in the same case with Rosicky - oh yeah! Give him two years!

I dread to imagine when and where Theo will get a tilt at a central role :banghead:

He hasn't got the brain to be a striker

The whole Pires saga was the beginning of the end for Wenger, disgrace the way he was treated for being over 30 yet Silvestre was given a longer contract :banghead:
