fucking horrible thing to happen and to have lost something so precious to her is so sad. Hope shes ok mate and be grateful that she wasnt there and is physically ok

Sorry to hear about that mate...It's fucking awful....I hope you and your brothers do f=get them because the 'law' really is an ass...and they'll get a slap on the wrist instead of the severe carnage they deserve.

I honestly think that if another person ( I use the term lightly) enters another's home/dwelling/premises - without permission - ie: to rob etc - Then it should be within the Law to kill the fecking scum..the world is all arse backwards...

It's like this poor couple who havung been hounded out of their home by burglars etc - they decided to return..and lo and behold four *word censored* scumbags go in to rob them...the house is isolated...so they decide to take matters into their own hands to protect themselves and their property - A husband and wife - against Four scumbags - so they shoot two of the scum - and what happens they get arrested and charged...

Sorry to hear about what happened to your Mum, mate; I echo everything that's been said, and can only hope that somehow she can recover from this episode.

Glad to hear your mum wasn't in at the time DB10 but as you know, even though she wasn't, she still has to live with the thoughts that someone had been in there and with the fear they might come back, and that isn't easy - especially when you are older and feel less secure.

As for them stealing the locket - something that's worth a few quid to them but so much more to your mother - well all I can say is if you do find the bastards I'll quite happily fly over to Ireland at my own expense to help you give the scum a good fecking kicking!!

Cheers for the kind words, lads. She is still pretty upset tbh. The sense of having her home violated is obviously terrible for her. But she's a great woman and she'll get through it with help from family and friends.

I'm just finding dealing with my own anger about it pretty tough. I see these junkie waster scumbags and all these teenaged little wannabe "hardmen" strutting around in Dublin looking for trouble and I feel this almost overpowering urge to just wade the fuck in. I have to physically restrain myself at times.
