Diego Costa rumors hotting up.

He's like a mixture between Suárez and Drogba in his style of play. Deadly striker, a snip at £32m and only 25. Get on it Arsene.

There seems to be something about Atletico Madrid and strikers. Just sign whatever striker is playing for Ateletico imo :barscarf:

And also just like Drogba you'll hear that he was one we "nearly signed" after he goes on to score against in a Chelsea shirt every time he plays

Diego Costa isn't coming

Wenger on Diego Costa: "He is an absolute animal. He's able to score from anywhere".

And I wonder if this is part of his appeal. He's not exactly been prolific all of his career and is a volatile character.
Atletico do seem to be to be able to spot a well known striker who can develop into a top player (why can't we?), but he is playing in a very good team in an average league and I'm not convinced he'd appear as good in the PL.

He has the physical attributes to do just as well in the PL.

He's scored 4 in 3 in the CL this season. This one is my favorite:

Costa is not coming!
At least not to Arsenal. If he just thinks for a moment about moving, Mourinho will send a plane full of money down there + Torres and offered him 200k per week. We can't win money games.

So which shirt number will Ba choose?

Mourinho wouldn't let him join us in the Summer so even if he signed another striker he'd let him go abroad or back to Newcastle ahead of joining us

Anyway, its an ex-Chelsea striker who might be coming.........and McDowell was warned about it a good couple of years back now. And that is a.......FACT
