I think the RIP bit should be dropped then if some of the people dont deserve to RIP

I think we do. It was made to combine the many RIP threads that appear.

Maybe we have a new policy if Cusamano agrees, and we go back to the original purpose?
If you really feel someone deserves a RIP (personal or professional) then use it, but leave out the Vietnamese lighting engineers and Equatorial Guinean transport ministers etc.

I really don't see why a RIP thread can't work, and why it needs rules at all - it just needs cusamano to calm down a little

Just been reported that one of the Chuclke Brothers has died but it was a mistake by someone on Twitter.

Perhaps it was the other brother? Or perhaps when the Grim Reaper turned up at their house he got fed up of listening to them argue over who he had actually come to visit and just left after the 100th time of hearing "To me. To you"?
