SUMMER TRANSFERS - Your thoughts on who did and did not sign

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It will be £50m by next week, then 30 by June and finally by August we will be told that it's down to £10m. Not that any of this money exists or will be spent on decent players anyway.

"What that can tell Arsenal fans is that Wenger may be able to hang onto key players who have been linked with moves away from the club, most notably Thomas Vermaelen and Lukas Podolski."

Lewis has previously written for some of the biggest football news and opinion sites in the world including FootballFanCast and Goal.com International.

This time next season - after we have endured the agony of yet another year under Inspector Clueless withiut a (Real) Trophy...the likes of $hitty and manure and barca and a few others ...will be falling over themselves to sign Jack the Lad....unless we can change the owner/manager/board....sad but True.

The fact that some regard the injury prone Jack as a 'big' player only highlights how far we (the once mighty) have fallen

True I guess, but, he is our best player. Which once upon a time would have been a cause for celebration.
