Not really her fault that Jordanians like torturing people a bit too obviously. The whole SIAC arrangement is a complete mess and a joke and the ECHR would have vetoed it (again).

Why don't we just 'make him disappear' in the middle of the night? Instead of putting him up in a £1m house in Notting Hill, paying more than that in legal fees and still letting him preach his hatred?

Forged passport and national security aren't relevant considerations in eyes of the European Court of Human Rights. I'm not really in the business of defending politicians but they're completely hamstrung by the ridiculous rules at Strasbourg and our judges (in theory) have to apply them at national level.

Believe me TL there will be quite a few who if they read your post (of freedom) would be very envious, so many people/couples remain in relationships that are dead and irretrievable, but they're so stuck in the rut of it and the pressures of modern life, they simply cannot move or don't have the energy or will power to extract themselves.....There is hurt/heartbreak ...yes. especially when one loses the kids, but eventually time does heal and things find a way of mending them,selves to various degrees.
