Peter Herbert, head of the Association of Black Lawyers, who, despite having had no involvement in the Clattenberg incident, reported it to the police (who needs evidence eh Peter?) and when the police said they could find no evidence to support his complaint, branded the FA 'institutionally racist', despite not having carried out any enquiry into its workings.

He is now going to report the Scum if they allow their own supporters to call themselves the Y-word. Since when was it a crime to insult yourself?

For services to mouthing off about stuff you have no knowledge of, or responsibility for (that after all is surely the job of our forum)... What a total xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!!

I pulled 2 double shifts last week and 2 the week before because of staff shortages and to help them out of a bind, on the understanding I could have tomorrow off so that I could watch the game...and now they have re-neged on our agreement, saying they want me to work and that there was 'only a verbal agreement of sorts'.

Verbal agreements are legally binding, they're breaking the law.

Verbal agreements are legally binding, they're breaking the law.

I know mate, but there were no witnesses and there are two of them and one of me - should I try and take it further...only a very small company, but that's okay, next time they need someone to step up to the plate etc - They can count me out!.
