Sorry mate :cry: ....I once had a partly ruptured lateral disc and torn Psoas Muscle - this joins the front of the thigh (femur), hip to the ribs/spine - and was in fickin' AGONY....my ex used to say - in her ever so whimsical(NOT) way 'you should try child birth' :twisted: :cussing: to which I would reply - at least it's over after (x) hours this went on for 3 months almost!..I'd been in training to do the London marathion and had to drop out, I was gutted. :(
