As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
That press conference by Carrick kept looking like he wanted to chuckle. They just don't care the way they would under whiskey nose.
Gollum can't motivate them with trophies because they keep thinking WTF do you know about winning trophies. They probably don't take his hairdryer treatment too seriously because they can see how outdated his style of football is.
They let whiskeynose pick an average manager and they don't have the balls to cut him loose.
The club that no player would ever dictate to has let granny shagger d*ck them around for 2 years till they pay him off even though at 29 he is not going to get better.
Once top 4 and Europe are out of reach, watch the plyers start putting in even more substandard performances.

Hope not, they've still got City and Bin dippers to play at home, we need all they help we can get.

That is what I saw, I think people are right when they say players can get managers sacked.
Carrick looks like he'll head back to the changing rooms trying not to crack up with the rest of the lads.
how did Rooney play - direct and with pace, showed his leadership on the pitch etc ? or was he lumbering about aimlessly, swearing at the ref and sweating out the 10 Rothmans ?
he's loaded now and can't be arsed. he'd rather be on the yacht in Barbados with Colleen and little Shrek.
as Moyes said "they are already thinking about an Ambassadors role for him" - which means we know he's drinking and won't last but we had to keep him anyway.
Van Persie: "My teammates are in some of the areas where I want to play. This makes it difficult for me. Then I have to change my tactics to suit my teammates, and play outside my zone. That's a pity." (NOS)
Of course I am enjoying this brief spell of mediocrity but I also believe Moyes will be gone before long and they will attract a top class manager again.
On last nights game, great finish by Campbell, pity he didn't have an Arsenal shirt on below the olymp one and then revealed it after scoring.
Btw I thought Rooney was by far their best player and covered every blade of grass, he made more tackles in their own half than the defenders, he also set up chances but the team arround him are poor, they will probably bust the bank next year, my only hope is that Moyes is still the one spending that money.
