I watched the first 20 minutes or so of last nights game and fcuk all was happening up to that point, so can somebody tell me what went on later cos I have read a lot of comments saying that iran were a disgrace, and I dont know what they did

Have to say that if I was a dane I would be seriously concerned about our chances of getting through this group today - their game is only on 15 minutes at this stage, and the referee is already showing a strong bias towards the French. There was a questionable penalty decision where I suspect a var inspection would have seen a penalty awarded to Denmark, but the ref totally dismissed appeals to check it. Straight afterwards a Danish forward was blatantly fouled just outside the French area and the ref refused to award the free, and just now the danes were denied a blatant corner

I never had an issue with poor calls from match officials, but the integrity and corruption of fifa and match officials is brought into the public debate every time decisions seem to favour the big teams and/or big players
