If you are gonna leave early at least get better at picking which one.....!Macca wrote:I know, I'm a NOB! Just so I would save £££ on a taxi !SurreyGooner wrote:This is EXACTLY why I never leave early, ever
I even stayed to the end when 5pur2 beat us 5v0
I've missed the last train out of Liverpool Street many times, but more often than not it was post-match drink rather than extra time related

I haven't seen any picture showing Walcott's shot crossing the line - and I don't think the lino gave it.....clockender1 wrote:ESPN has the goal given to Jenko.littlefire wrote:Feo scored, Jenks followed up just in case. take a bow son. lol
For me it has to be Jenkinson's goal. Shows the value of always following up even if you do think it is in.

TV replays showed it was over the line and you also see the ref blow his whistle before Jenkinson hits it cos he's close enough to see it's over the line (unless of course he was about to blow for full time!!!)

He went to put his whistle to his mouth to give a penalty for handball but let the play go on slightly to see if there was an advantage.Eboue-Why? wrote:MK Gould wrote:I haven't seen any picture showing Walcott's shot crossing the line - and I don't think the lino gave it.....clockender1 wrote:ESPN has the goal given to Jenko.littlefire wrote:Feo scored, Jenks followed up just in case. Has to be Jenko's goal going by the ref.
Re: Reading in the "whatever its called this year cup"
That's the way I see it as well. The TV replays proved that it didn't cross the line..... Has to be the whole ball and I'd say it was only 2/3rd's. My fear was that he had blown for the pen before Jenkinson tucked his shot away.goonermarc wrote: He went to put his whistle to his mouth to give a penalty for handball but let the play go on slightly to see if there was an advantage.

Oh, and arsenal.com have given it to Jenkinson as well......

They've officially given it to Feo so all debate is academic...
Re: Reading in the "whatever its called this year cup"
Just looking at the fixtures - if we do make the semi-finals then the first leg is 3 days before we play Man City in the league, and straight after the FA Cup 3rd round weekend. And the second leg is in between league matches against Chelsea and Liverpool
Why do I get the impression the poor old cups are going to get sacrificed in pursuit of the Virtual Trophy?

An embarrassment of a game it was like watching Sunday League football
If im honest id be disappointed to beat Reading 7-5 over a two leg match, Arsene has made us into the new sp*rs getting our kicks from watching fucking shit like that last night
I remember when George Graham used to be pissed off if we conceded a goal in a match now we're conceding 5 against Reading and getting excited by it
to be fair even Wenger looked embarrassed when the 7th went in.
Total 100% embarrassment

people may bash arshavin despite him pulling the strings in the 2nd half, but then have blind spots for their own. we all have the prettiest wife at home as a great man once said....
