What another lovely shower-of-shit performance from our beloved Arsenal. Beaten yet again by an inferior, but far more streetwise side.

Looks like 2016 will join 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2014 when we speak of title failures. Yet The Old Fraud remains in a job at £23K per day, with yet another undeserved contract (and likely pay rise) just waiting to be announced probably sometime during Euro 2016.

I wish we could start from scratch sometimes and get this toxic culture of overpaid failure out of the club.

By the way, did Shit for Brains walk off at the end without shaking hands with Van Gaal ?

clearly he has been "tapped up" - I'm not surprised Hartlepool have half an eye on him

Well jeff stelling clearly rates wally judging by his response to McNally's criticism of wally last week
Tbh hartepool are probably about his level

Seriously I don't care, I know it's petulant and bad form, but van Gaal is almost as big a wanker as Wenger. I said almost....

Absolutely shameful. He's had enough practice of getting his arse tanned up there to know better. The missus told me about it as I'd already walked out the second that the final whistle was blown. No doubt if challenged he will say he waited for him or some such nonsense.

Couple of punches thrown. But the vociferous nature of the argument is what got me, it really is a bad day for a lot of fans that were still on the edge with Wenger. His myopic comments after the game only make it worse for him.

We're such a dysfunctional side that it's impossible not to be worried. We play like strangers half the time with players who don't seem to compliment each other, bottle chances and prone to all too frequent brain farts, which is ridiculous considering the continuity in manager and players we have at the club  but I really hope we can do enough to beat United; to not do so would be a huge psychological blow to our title chances.

We can't keep chucking away chances to get a firm grip on the title; it's now or never so come on Arsenal! :barscarf:
Well, I can't say I'm surprised but seriously disappointed with how pathetic we played against United reserves today  utterly woeful performance by a bunch of strangers who seem to have zero relationship and compatibility on the pitch :?

Leicester and Sp*rs have less so called stars in their team but they compliment each other and work as a team to ensure the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Arsenal on the other hand are weaker than the sum of their parts because they're dysfunctional and poorly managed.

Ramsey pulling the strings in centre midfield? fuck me, he couldn't be less up to the job  it was excruciating to watch him slow play down and lose the ball all afternoon.

It was even more painful to watch Theo Walcott give yet another performance that you'd expect of a 16 year old trying hard to make his mark on the Premier League. The guy is so off form, and so unreliable, that it was insane to start him today ahead of Giroud. Ridiculous decision.

And the substitutions! - my God, Elneny for Coquelin.... why? Iwobi for Welbeck.... why? Neither substitution changed anything tactically. Surely a change of system at the very least to give United something different to think about?

To be honest, my respect for Wenger as a manager is so low these days that I'm not sure today changes anything. But it does confirm what we already knew; the guy is a busted flush and we need him gone. Pathetic day for Arsenal football club. Pathetic.

Not just on the field that #afc lack leaders. Board-room too. Nobody has the power, personality or willingness to call Wenger to account.

and I tweeted to him.

@henrywinter well said Henry, had asked @paddybarclay about this, the press are not going to let Wenger off the hook this time. Keep it up.

as per usual gross disappointment in Arsenal.

They had 5 kids on the pitch and their bench was a crèche. Even if it was true, we could have spent a lot of money and been out of sight in the league. People spend a lot of money in the PL, you have to. If you don't like it, or don't want to spend, just leave.JUST LEAVE anyway.
