Crowd trouble at the Everton match, October 18th
So reading some of the comments on the Everton forum they want away fans seated above the Arsenal fans. Couldnt the same thing happen the other way round then?
Ok it should not of happend but with the Everton reputation going before them I think it was something that was going to happen at some point.

you sir is stupid plank
The only problem is sometimes its the only option. When I were a lad my dad used to take me to the norf london derbies and sometimes the only option was to sit/stand amongst the scum and be quiet. He is spurs and and he would always try and do it the other way round but couldn't always.
So........ trying to understand what some of you mean....... because some of you have been picked on by bigger boys or seen someone else picked on by bigger boys its ok for some of you to pick on smaller boys that come from the same area?????? isnt that brave....or is that cowardly bullying? Spitting on kids, even if the intent was to get some of the moron everton fans sat among them is moronic in itself imo.
Probably the same morons who would complain if the police herded all the arsenal fans from the tier above irrespective wether they were spitting or not.

I too do not condone spitting. And think those guilty should be banned. BUT....as stated by many before these c**nts get away with murder whereever they go......stone....glass.....you get what i mean.

That's obviously aimed at Gus.El Tommo wrote:you are an ignorant c**t and should be ashamed of yourself - as should each one of you who supports this kind of view. fucking unreal! UTTER c**t
Well, to be fair, I don't think he was condoning the behaviour of the Arsenal fans, so I think you've missed his point on that one.
I think Gus was just saying that it's slightly rich of an Everton fan to come on here to complain about the Arsenal, when Evertonians had disgraced themselves before and after the game... which, of course, Ian failed to mention, making the Everton fans seem like all sweetness and light

People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, and all that.

My view was that what the Evertonians did before/after the game was irrelevant to the spitting from the Club Level crunts, as you shouldn't be guilty by association, as many of those scallies - sorry, Evertonians

Anyway, calm down Tommo... enough of the pointless throw away insults.. fine, Gus is a c*nt, I'm a c*nt, you're a c*nt.. lets just assume we're all a bunch of c*nts then we don't have to keep reminding each other of the fact

get over yourself el tommo, everyone agrees that spitting is bad but the point was that the everton fans brought everything onto themselves with the slapping of scarfers and acting the bollocks on the trains down,

A crowd of football supports will always cause aggro, weather its here, dubai, sao paulo or southend. So that shouldn't suprise, shock or anger anyone on here or the everton forums.
From what i have seen/read it is the stewards/police who should be looked at, and how they allowed the situation to escalate. They shouldn't of let repeated and prolonged spitting take place and should of intervened to stop it. Spitting is discusting and brings up images of diouf and i would hate for it now to bring up images of the emirates.
Although i'm sure if the everton fans approached the stewards in the manner that ian has approached us then things would of been a lot diffrent. but, i very much doubt i went that way. Scousers aren't excatly the easiest of people to communicate with, let alone whene they are drunk (possibley/likely), angry and in a large crowed. What is obviousally a valid complaint becomes aggresive behaviour, and every one knows how the police like to deal with "aggressive beheavior".

A bloke who was with his son in the family enclosure against Hull is standing up in the 3 mins of injury time and gets a 3 game ban from Arsenal because of it, please feel free to argue why anybody wouldnt call stewards 'jobsworth wankers' after reading this, seems a little bit of power goes to your heads pretty quick.SillySteward wrote:Not at all, but if you go in with that attitude in the first place, maybe it partially explains why you don't get the best treatment from stewards?GoonerN5 wrote:Truth hurt?SillySteward wrote:EloquentGoonerN5 wrote:The stewards at Arsenal are wankers
Ian mate, sorry you had such a poor experience yesterday. I wasn't stewarding in that section, but I heard there were some issues.
From what you've said, that's a really poor show from the stewards there, they certainly should have attempted to help you folks out.
I can only suggest that you write to the club to inform them of what happened. As well as (hopefully) getting some form of official apology, I would hope that the club would take it up with the supervisors in that section of the ground. That way the stewards there will come under more scrutiny and hopefully do a much better job if that ever happens again.
Once again mate, sorry that some knobs in club level ruined your day
I'm pretty sure that if I went to your place of work, convinced before I'd met you, that you and all your colleagues are 'wankers', I wouldn't get the best level of service.
Apologies for going off thread folks, just felt the need to defend myseld there!
