What difference does it make if it's through the youth policy or being brought into the first team? What possible difference could it make?

Are the youth directors racist but not the first team managers?

the policy over the past 35 years has been a disgrace, it may improve (lets face it it needs to). you can call me all you want but the stain of the past years IS still with your clubs and city.

least us not forget the toffees gloryfying in the fact that they did'nt have any black players.
