I agree with g88er and Quartz but I would like to see him employ a number 2 to replace Pat Rice. Something needs freshening up. I simply cannot believe that he has lost the plot completely and that Dein's departure and the limited finances hasnt contributed more to this than Wenger's stubborness. Its probably a combination of all but I'm hoping Ivan Gawhatshisname will help make us a bit more ruthless in transfer dealings this summer and see what happens next year.

What I would like, though, is an end to this ridiculous '1-2% behind, desire, spirit' crap and him make the players take some responsibility. Handling them with kid gloves clearly doesnt work.

But all of the above relies on him admitting he needs to change things.
