Finishing it with the traditional "fuck off and support Man Utd" is the most moronic thing.

The writer makes some good points but let's himself down with his soppy rant!

To be fair BDB, this is just the other side of the coin to those who big things up when we win.

Although I agree that wishing a heavy loss doesn't make sense. "Moronic", I don't know...I think that's more like someone thinking Flamini never proved himself over a period of time, while eulogising over Song.[/quote]

what does everyone want to see from the team on Sunday?

Sagna Gallas Vermaelen Clichy (i guess)
Diaby Song Fabregas
Eboue Bendtner Arshavin

That's right, I'd only put 10 out, there's no point having a goalkeeper.

Seriously though, I think Eboue might play - he'll add more defensively and I'd rather he cross for Bendtner than Clichy or Sagna.

If last nights Chelsea draw isnt motivation to go and win it sunday then nothing will be, we will have expected to be 8 points behind now, but with a win sunday we could be 3 points behind them! its a massive swing! The season is such a strange one, we have already seen how it can change so quickly where we were 11 behind then top and then 6 behind again all in a few weeks, its madness!

Im so undecided about sunday, after the Man Utd defeat it knocks your confidence doesnt it, but i have to believe we can go there and get a win...I just hope we are up for it and have a really good go!

Last nights draw has left the door open again but do we have the class and the bottle to push through it?

If we beat Chelsea on Sunday then it is wide open again but it is such an enormous if!

I know its a massive ask, but a result like last nights can really bring some belief back into a squad, after sunday they must have looked at it as we did and though 'we could be 11 points behind once Chelsea beat Hull and then us' but now they have drawn at Hull we can look at it and say if we beat them we will be 3 behind...its such a massive difference!

Belief plays a big part in football matches, if we go out with a poor attitude we will start badly, we need to think we can win the game and go at them!

Im really hoping Bendtner is fit to play as he could cause them problems, they have been weaker this season when the ball enters their penalty area, he could come up with something, he will need Arshavin and Nasri to get close to him though.

Its an absolutely massive game as was sundays, but them drawing last night does bring back a bit of belief, whether we can do it or not im unsure, but as i said earlier i have to believe we can or there would be no point in supporting us!

Wenger will beat us before we even start, with his tactics (or should I say lack of them), his team selection (expect the useless Denilson to figure) :banghead: and his inability to handle the pressure of big games.

I will look forward to it! :barscarf:

We are such a strange team that i am not putting it past us to go and win it after being totally whacked by United...its just the type of thing we could do!

Exactly, we do have consistency!

We could well go and beat Chelsea then blow up again at home against Liverpool.

(Not blaming AA but)

If Arshavin had converted / set up Nasri before Almunia scored, it could have been a slightly different story.

For that reason I think it's vital we get a goal (hopefully the first goal of the game) within the first 20 minutes - it would install belief into the team.

I don't expect Denilson to start. Probably Diaby, although I'd rather see Ramsey and Eboue has a fair chance of starting in the front 3.

We'll have to wait and see what prescribed medicines Wenger has taken on Sunday morning!!
