ok the options (only worrying about visiting the city):
Munich - done it before but what's not to like about sausages and beer
Also never been to the AllianzArena - looks a pretty cool stadium (Herzog and DeMuren I think). Can fly cheapish on sleazyjet, even BA not that bad (have to book instantly)
Manchester - sh*thole, in and out seems the only option but motorway home will be chocka with pondlife 'cockneyred' scum. Maybe do a night out in Liverpool and stay there?
Lyon - my favourite choice; French culinary capital. Easy to get too, never been there.
Moscow - only one I wouldn't go to (gutted Sevilla didn't make it). Visa alone north of a ton. Hotels+food cost an arm and a leg, traffic makes Bangkok look like Bogna Regis. Tube's good... that's about it.
Milan - had some great experiences there, can't remember any of the dozen clubs I went to after AC but they wr wicked. Do remeber a wicked little restaurant. Cheap flights to Italy a plenty (can get across half of Italy by train 1st class for a tenner)
Barcelona - party town, options for everyone. Goes all night. I have good contacts there for very good meals and clubs and very bad behaviour. BA and sleazyjet pretty cheap - book early
Bordeaux - wine tours, need I say more. Never been, driveable
