No great suprise to see 0-0 at the break to be honest, we look a off the pace and Wolves seem happy to stick with 0-0.
Eduardo has been linking up well, and Denilson has been spraying the ball about well, but we just can't seem to get any aggression in that final 3rd. Centre backs are comfortable as we have no real pace going behind them. Id like to see Walcott on the left - obviously it is a risk as he gives Mikeal no protecton, but in this game I dont see it being a massive issue, and Rosicky playing a little bit more central.
Can see Diaby, Nasri and Nicky having an impact in this game. We will be fine as long as we are patient.

I assume that is a lyrical way of saying his sideways passing is very accurate.Bendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:No great suprise to see 0-0 at the break to be honest, we look a off the pace and Wolves seem happy to stick with 0-0.

Nope, like Wednesday - he has a knack of finding space when under pressure and in tight spaces, and today he has played some great balls through, just a shame our full backs / Walcott cannot cross for toffee!djhdjh wrote:I assume that is a lyrical way of saying his sideways passing is very accurate.Bendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:No great suprise to see 0-0 at the break to be honest, we look a off the pace and Wolves seem happy to stick with 0-0.

Playing 1 up front against a team that has (understandably) come to park the bus makes no sense to me
As one of those that defended eboue as a squad player I cannot for the life of me see what he is offering today as a midfielder and I would go so far as to say that he doesnt look that focused/bothered cos it is only against little old wolves
Maybe I am biased (being Irish) but as a lone striker holding up the ball I think kevin doyle does an exceptional job
Yes he has only scored 7 league goals this season but that is in a team that has only scored 28 lge goals
I would be confident he would score some of the chances eduardo has been missing when he has played this season

Id agree with that to be honest, what i saying is Eduardo is linking well without really putting pressure on in the box (the important bit!)
Eboue has been fine for me, has pressured well, but he hasnt been given the chance to really drive, especially due to the fact we are below par - its unfair to pin it on him, although understandable as he is usually one of our more energetic performers - but that is to his credit, and remember he had a massive performance on weds. It is the likes of Rosicky and Sagna that are winding me up with their wasteful use of the ball.
As i say, we need to be patient, but we should be ok.
