We dint need to win the liverpool match or Stoke at home or maybe all his hard work against Porto.
Maybe if Robin had stuck in his chance against Utd we would be glad AA actually had the balls to shoot from outside the box to score the opener.
Why the hell did he even lead the line for so many games while injured the fucking pussy.

I suppose last night never happened and Cesc is playing at the weekend.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:How the fuck do all these enlightened people know that he was injured for so long whilst playing?
Anyone with half a brain would know that professional teams do not let their ASSETS play whilst injured.
Just an excuse for being a lazy disinterested twat imho.

wenger was qouted as saying he was playing with an injury to his foot, that caused him pain when he shoots, he could not train before LFC away because of itLeftfootlegendGooner wrote:How the fuck do all these enlightened people know that he was injured for so long whilst playing?

wtf dont get that fella, so what you are implying if i am right is that you are excusing his WHOLE season of lacklustre performances on ONE injury, not that he has been carrying said injury for a length of time.GunnerDude wrote:I suppose last night never happened and Cesc is playing at the weekend.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:How the fuck do all these enlightened people know that he was injured for so long whilst playing?

Gunnerdude has correctly pointed out to you that cesc played on last weekend while injured and finished last night while being unable to walk and I have no doubts that both decisions have largely contributed to cesc being out for the season now

Secondly, on a more relevent point, arshavin played as a 5ft 4" centre forward while injured simply cos every other striker was injured at that time. This is a fact that was confirmed by the club and arshavin himself at the time so if you want to slate his performances of late that is fine cos he aint playing well but dont take liberties by saying that he is a pussy or dont care cos it just isnt fair.
Of course this does lead to a wider debate where fans need to decide if they want a team of david hilliers, a team of arshavins or a mixture of both cos in an ideal world (in my opinion at least) you do need a mixture of both. Strong committed workhorses are a dime a dozen but players with real class are in very short supply so right now the challenge should be to get our little ruskie back on the right track and not run him out of the club

I find it strange how we wanted this player since May 2008
http://www.onlinegooner.com/phpbb2/view ... t=arshavin
knowing fully well the kind of player he is and now because he isn't working miracles in every game(bearing in mind half the important players are always injured) we want to get on his back for not tracking back from LW or showing enough effort?
Barcelona ran the game without Messi and Ibrah going back to their half of the pitch once, does that mean they put no effort in? and thats the team we want to emulate
In the end someone need to explain to me how Arshavin is a pussy for not staying on the pitch while injured.
Or is he out for 3week because he doesn't want to play the return leg and spurs?
Ludacris accusations.

I get what your saying but if he isn't going to track back, he should be putting his energy in his attacking prowess which he just hasn't being doing not just yesterday but for quite a while. His attitude doesn't help much on his part either when you've got Eboue trying at least.GunnerDude wrote:now because he isn't working miracles in every game(bearing in mind half the important players are always injured) we want to get on his back for not tracking back from LW or showing enough effort?![]()

With regards to Ibrah and Messi they don't get back, quite simply look what they came away with.

Played since December having to have injections in foot, admitted in pain when kicks ball.
Previously had stitches in foot at half time yet carried on to play second half.
Such a player is tough.
Is "eccentric" on pitch, seems like an individual, but is undoubtedly capable of moments of highest quality.
Does need to address "Snapping at chances" and skying the ball when he has a bit of time to shoot in front of goal, that is true.
When RvP is fit again we should see more consistency from Arshavin who seemed to be on same wavelength in terms of movement and passing.
I would be happy to keep him, I would also be happy to sell him for a similar fee to the one he was bought for IF a suitable replacement could be bought first.
That though, would be very hard.
Possibly Remy would provide hardworking pacy and more consistent alternative, but not seen anything in Remy's game yet to suggest he has the brilliant moments Arshavin has.
