Couldnt agree more, ive heard some mad things over the years by some people.

I was going to come on here with what i heard saying i thought it was all bollocks - but, given that everyone seems to have heard it there could be more truth in this one.

I wish things like the Internet hadnt been invented for false rumours, il always remember Sky going live to our press conference for Richard Wright...and Sol Campbell walked in - thats Transfer action!

This Cesc business is causing you all to lose the plot.

He ain't going to sign for us and he's not what we need anyway.

I can't see how we need another attacking player unless several are on there way out.

Some how replacing Fabregas with Joe Cole on a free, is a bit cheap... :?

Don't get me wrong it is just this leads me to believe Fabregas would probably be off, and that signings in vital areas such as GK,CBs, CM etc are not as likely as first thought.

If it comes off though and Cesc stays well....

Apparently he is what we need and you must be impossible to please if you think otherwise  I mean he is experienced so if you overlook the fact that he hasnt been a regular for the chavs under the last 3 managers and he hasnt been able to nail down the left wing position for england despite the fact that he has had no opposition for that position for the last 6 years or so then you would see that he is an ideal signing  :banghead:

Certainly we need to strengthen in the areas, but i'm not going to object to signing a quality midfield player AS Well. We'll sighn a defender, but my hopes for a Goalkeeper are slim

Some people will never ne happy! Joe Cole is a good footballer, if we signed him it would be a good signing!

If we signed Ronaldo you would say he is one footed and if we signed Messi you would say he isnt tall enough, there is always a problem isnt there!

If the gameplan, system and personel you have isnt working why would you buy in similar players ? Surely the whole point of every transfer window is to fix and upgrade on what you already have and joe cole will not do that. Is he a strong physical presence in midfield ? Is he a commanding centre back foil to play alongside vermaelen ? Is he a quality keeper that has real presence in his penalty area ? I dont fcuking think so and these are the absolute priorities for this team right now. I doubt very much if people would be advocating signing him if there was a transfer fee of say 10m involved cos they would say straight away that we have no need for him but cos he is on a free this is meant to be a good signing ? :?

Another reason why this hints as such a Wenger transfer.
Oh! That's a negative reason!
