I'll be honest I havent properly read any of your posts since your petition thread started....so to be honest i dont know what gone on between yourself and quartz other than browsing over it.

Quartz has his own opinion and views like most on here including me. He sticks by it, to be fair he also knows his stuff.

I have to say that I think you have gone a bit ott with it, just because someone disagrees with you constanly in a well informed way doesnt mean they are after you....its discussion, he never got abusive at all.

If everyone i refused to duck down to in an argument on here started a thread about me the place would be feckin busy

I replied earlier on another thread. No offense but if you refuse to check the numbers I don't think its appropriate to determine what percentage of anything my posts are about. Why should I consider your feelings or concerns seriously if you make a statement that isn't accurate and you acknowledge as much? Again no offense but if deliberately ignore the facts to suit your judgment why should I regard your judgment seriously?

The Only thing I'll add is when someone questions whether you are a true supporter I consider that very insulting and offensive. I think you would as well. And that's exactly what Quartz did and did repeatedly and then to justify it he made other false claims about what I was saying to him to try and avoid admitting his own behavior.

Anyway I'm done with it. Quartz is what he is to me and that's that. Why you have a problem with that -especially since that drags this out further to your own annoyance I imagine is beyond me.

USM, I agree with most of what you say about the board. I disagree with how you go about it. I don't know if it is your cultural disease but you seem devoid of diplomacy. You have somehow made a universal agreement that the board have underinvested and misrepresented intentions into a fractious debate.

Your posts are long but also difficult to read. The most difficult part of your online personality is that you take yourself far too seriously. You act as if being labelled a WUM is treasonable. People have been called a lot worse on here. You have challenged members of this forum to research you and your posts. Why on earth should they? You harp on about burden of proof when the only place the courtroom exists is in your mind.

I don't think you are a WUM but I think you have no tact and are far too sensitive. That is not a good combination for a fansite poster. This is a football fan site. If you rub people up you are going to get pulled up about it. Get over it and try to empathise with people who are less obsessed than you about the motives of the board.

P.S. I agree that leveraged-debt is a storm cloud hanging over the future of our club.

P.P.S Stop asking people if they have read the Ashley Cole report as if this makes you a man we should walk up a mountain to consult.

Seriously, Martin, you have got to take yourself a little less seriously. No one here knows who you are, so what difference it all makes to your real life is beyond me.

I have defended your right to post what you want on here before, but you cannot keep posting these huge long threads basically repeating yourself - it's rude to, and unfair on, your fellow forum members.

Don't take everything on here so seriously, mate - most of it is just a laugh. You are of course welcome to air your view but then you need to move on, not just keep re-posting basically the same stuff over and over.

Similarly, Quartz is entitled to his view. You just have to accept that.

Nothing against you USMartin but im an 18 Year old who has just finished their A-Levels please can we just talk about matters on the pitch? ..And an occasional debate on lop side breasts?

I have no problem with Quartz's view. He basically is happy with the Board and trusts their judgment largely and where he is less certain of he feels it is unfair to condemn them straight away.

I feel he deliberately tried caset unjustified aspersions upon me as an alternative to actually disproving my views, and if that happened to you you would take the same exception I did. If you say otherwise I'm going to say no one has accused you of being a fake and non-supporter.

Anyway I have accepted it now. As I said last night everyone else is dragging this out at this point. I'm not going to preetnd QG is just a great guy and we just had a difference of opinion. He in my mind is what I said earlier and that's that for me. He could have changed that but he chose not to. Other than him being what he is I have no other issue with him.

Agreed. And please don't take this personally but just as some friendly advice. Try to keep your posts shorter.

I think this has (partly) been the reason as this forum is relaxed and friendly and usually a light hearted and a light read.

Of course it's nessassary sometimes to write the odd lenghty post especially to make a point. But this is usually a starting post or a starting reply.
Then to continue to have a lenghty responses almost would appear as to be 'drilling' a point rather then discuss it.
Also with reading constent lenghty replies most post on here are short. So after a while the long posts get alittle tedious and you will find we switch off. Which is why mainy members just aren't reading your post. They may read the 1st or 2nd and then start to skim read. So you're message/point therefore isn't getting to the masses.

Sorry for the long post!

Also emoticons greatly help to gadge a meaning when making a point.
