League Cup draw

United at Home Please.

Hopefully rooney plays and we can sing, "You Can Only Score in a brothel, Score in a brothel".

I don't care who we get as I think we will win the Carling Cup this year, young or experienced, we can do it.

Many of the big clubs are out, but there's still many banana skins to be had.

I really wouldn't fancy travelling to Birmingham, Burnley, Stoke or Newcastle, in particular. And Man Utd speaks for itself.

A home tie, or away to any sides other than listed above, would be fine by me.

Personally if we avoid the mancs and can revert to playing the likes of jet, eastmond etc then I will be happy 8) It was vital we didnt lose to the scummers the other night and while winning a trophy again would be nice I still personally support the idea of not playing the first teamers in this cup and I think to change that policy now will tell the world how desperate we have become. If we are to play the likes of jet and eastmond then an away game might test their development more than a home draw against the likes of northampton etc

For the first time in years am actually looking forward to the draw this Sat. If we get a decent tie then I could actually be excited about the CC competition for once!

Shows how desperate we've become. :? :(

Still, Hoddle & Wright both said yesterday that the CC comes earlier in the year unlike the other finals. Winning the cup can breed success and the hunger to win more and could be a spring board to the team for more.
Basically saying if we were to win the CC we will be stronger in other competitions this year. (and years to come)

Agree with this. Winning breeds winning. You get a taste for it and confidence goes up. GG started his glory years with the old Littlewoods cup. I think Wenger should try and balance the youths with two or three experienced players every round in the CC. Let's win it and fuck the begrudgers! Also, we actually ARE that desperate. :?

I don't think that there is any online coverage.

TalkSport radio may have live coverage, considering they seem to be in partnership with Sky.

Don't take my word for it though. I was merely suggesting, I've no idea if they will air it or not. I just checked on their website and no information suggesting they will have it.

I wouldn't worry too much in any case. The draw will be on here in no time.
