I dont necessarily want him out, I want him to face facts that nothing has changed in the last 4/5 seasons despite it all being so obvious.
I would love him to lead us to further glory, but I can only see that happening by him stopping this crusade to win with kids or through playing harlem globetrotter football.
I would love half an hour with him to ask a few questions regarding his team / tactics.
1. Why do we have everyone back to defend corners ? Walcott is never going to win a defensive header, so is virtually useless there. If we manage to clear the ball wouldn't he be better placed at the half way line, occupying 2 opponents and possibly able to use his lightening pace on a counter attack ? As it is if we manage to clear it, it comes straight back in again.
2. On our corners why do so few actually clear the first man ? Why don't we vary them up a bit by using a short routine to change the angle and bring a couple of opponents out of the congested box ?
3. Its all well and good buying for the future, but what about the here and now ? We all know that not every young player reaches there potential, so if there is a player that we can purchase that will strengthen the team, do it. Arsene's responsibility lies with the club, to achieve things for the club, not to nuture individual players. If after many opportunities they haven't grasped the mantle Vela, Denilson etc then you have to replace them, if ot "kills" thier career or not.
3. Accept that in some matches we may to forgoe our pricise passing game as it doesn't always come off on a crappy pitch or if one or two of the players are off form. Be a little bit more adaptable depending on the opponents and situation. Sometimes change our formation to counteract our opponents threats too.
4 What is the point of the club making huge profits, now that the Highbury debt is clear and the Emirates loans are on fixed rate repayments what else is their to spend the money on other than better players ?
5. If we lose, don't make stupid excuses as it just makes it even more embarrasing - be a man, shake hands and say to the camera we weren't good enough.
6 Defenders don't have to be particularly brilliant technically ! I would rather have them quick, strong and brave - no messing about in our own box please.
7 In training please can we have our forwards run at our defenders at pace with the ball, as this is what opposing teams do very succesfully against us as we haven't got a clue how to stop them. (PS as it works so well for other teams, why don't we try it occasionally)

The poll on here claims double your figures. Not to mention its be up for just a day.Herd wrote:Who really is calling for his head ,15 to 20 people on a website and the media questioning what he is doing (just for a change).

You slag this forum off, but YOUR NAMESAKE FORUM, HAVE A MAJORITY THAT WANT WENGER OUT.
And that my friend is a Fact! So keep your holier than thou shit to yourself.
Your either a WUM or a fake, because you continue to round on this forum, yet your "supposed" mates on the herd site are saying the exact fucking same!
Answer me that then Einstein or will you dodge another question.
Cannot understand why people are afraid to say the words......I want wenger out
I mean their comments all point to the fact that they want him replaced but it seems as though actually putting those words into a sentence is just wrong to them
Ask yourselves if wenger was appointed 5 years ago would the fans still want to keep him based on his managerial performance in those 5 years ? Personally I have no problem in saying that I want him replaced as manager and I feel that his performance as manager in the last 5 years has bordered on disgraceful and most def negligeble

Would Man.Utd tolerate Fergie not winning a trophy for 5 years? Will Citeh tolerate Mankini not winning a trophy in the next five years? We already know the chavs and victims wont tolerate failure and will Arry still be at the spuds if he wins fuck all in the next 5?
We claim to be one of Europes big clubs, but would Real, Barca, Inter, AC or Bayern accept 5 trophyless years before they considered a change of leadership? I doubt it very much, but we as Arsenal fans are supposed to accept the situation and be content with Wengers past glories
Enough is enough

Good point, haven't thought about that. The tinters like to say that we'll turn into chelsea with a conveyor belt of managers but we usually stick by our managers so the new guy would get time too.MutleyGooner wrote:Would Man.Utd tolerate Fergie not winning a trophy for 5 years? Wenger's different, you know that. How many managers have done for any club, what AW has done at Arsenal?. You can count them on one ( your left ) handMutleyGooner wrote:Would Man.Utd tolerate Fergie not winning a trophy for 5 years? Will Citeh tolerate Mankini not winning a trophy in the next five years? He done the job of building the new training ground, then the new stadium and I (and all present and future arsenal fans should be) will be forever grateful for that. Our defending is shocking though and that needs sorting out. He needs to get back to the basics. Simple but effective attacking football, with a solid back line. You know, the way we played for the first 9 very successful years he was here for.Louder wrote:Wenger's different, you know that. When Wenger first arrived he was very different, he changed the way our players trained, he changed what they ate and he turned them in to some of the fitest players on the planet, this bought him a lot of early success as other teams struggled to cope with our new style of play. As with all things in life, others saw this success and started to emulate this, as a result we no longer have the lead on those other clubs and what was new is now predictable.Louder wrote:Wenger's different, you know that.
