Invincibles Day

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Well deserved Wolves, and yeah I would have taken a draw and a ManUre loss, but not the fucking way it happened...

Last time we won the league, Wolves also turned over Man Utd at Molineux (this might refresh your memory: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 385515.stm)

That was obviously a massive shocker too. Good omen?

Admittedly, we beat Middlesbrough 4-1 that day, rather than drawing 4-4, but still.

An otherwise perfect weekend ruined by 11 wankers at St. James' park and the mad professor.

Here an interesting angle, did United go into the game bouyed by our fuck up. Would therefore United still be unbeaten if we had not have waved the white flag. Would you now happily take that 4-4?

Rob.
Interesting take on it.

But no, in my opinion.
I don't see a good reason not to, we gain a point on the Mancs and they lose the possibility of going unbeaten...

Thank god for that, we are the only Invincibles.

Utd were looking like they might have been the unconvinvicles, stuttering and stumbling but scraping through games.

Been away from the internet, papers, sport Tv for the last 24hrs and have only just seen both Manure and Chavs results.

Don't know what's to celebrate after the 2nd half of yesterday's game.

They may not have taken our record but we got ourselves a new one.

A shameful record and that's all I feel after watching yesterday's 2nd half.

Ashamed that we could throw away a game so easily, yes Barton is pond life and death would be too good for him, yes Dowd is a c**t who I would rejoice if he got battered during some random act of gooner violence but Diaby,Rosicky,Squillaci and Eboue all contributed to that defeat........4nil up to draw is a defeat.

Hooray manure lost, cry shame we drew
