the text is very speculative, and it must be said that dowd is not mentioned in it. it's just people translating it in english who are linking his incompetence/bias with the story and assuming he too is under investigation. what we need to know from vince is who the author of the 365 piece is. someone renowned or just a blogger. some respectable sites allow people to blog through them. i think joe mardon, who contributes to the gooner, blogs for the daily mirror website, but i am not sure he is employed by them to do so. the gooner has had bloggers on a site run by the news of the world in the past, as well as others i can't even recall right now

surely the only think rosicky really did was a terrible clearance followed up with a stupid foul (for the free kick that lead to goal number 4) which he could in no way be sure would result in a goal, regardless of the fact that squillaci was playing (unless you count being the player that played the guy onside for the wrongly disallowed goal, which was also rosicky).
other than that, he tehnically gave away the 2nd penalty, but if he was doing it deliberately i would've assumed it to be far more blatant a pen, cos just about everyone here agrees that it was not a foul!

Just came across this story now
Could Rosicky maybe be in over his head with drug cartels and betting syndicates
If the game gets replayed, does the Diaby red card get rescinded(sp)?
I really liked Rosicky, but he has really been pathetic the last few games I've seen him play. I hope these are all false accusations, but I hope that fat cunt Dowd is involved

...and one who didn't even start the game. What if he'd never been brought on, was he gonna throw the game from the bench?franksav63 wrote:If true, (and I have my doubts) is there any recourse for getting a refund on a so-called bent game??![]()
Obviously a ref can influence a game, but just one player out of 22....???![]()
, regardless of how shit he now is... Hmmm...

More importantly though, how much do we reckon roly made on this?
