Because he's an idiot.

No valuable contribution, the young lad "is just a mug". Right that's it settled then.

You have to agree though flash I know you dont rate Bartley and you were right about JET, but why does m50 hate on Bartley for no reason and Rangers also.

It looks to me like hes throwing his toys out of the pram because he joined Rangers who he hates?

I mean I understand people "abusing" Eboue, Almunia, Barry Denilson, etc but why a random young player who has never played a competitive game for us.

It's just pathetic!

Agreed, Bartley was settled at Rangers last season and he played very well for them. Rangers fans were raving about him and McCoist made it known that he wanted to resign him. So we tied him down to a new deal and sent him back there for another season of experience.

Good move all round IMO and I think Bartley has the strength and ability to become a top class defender. Sure, he doesn't have the positioning down just yet but that's why he's going to Rangers so he can learn from his mistakes in their defence and not ours :lol:

If he's not ready for us then he's better off back at Rangers than in our reserves. I just hope he gets more starts and more game time (only 8 starts last year).

Bartley very solid first half. Kept his side of the defence with Kalou and Torres very quiet.

Chelsea now leading 2-1 at HT, but both their goals came from Sturridge on the other side of the rangers defence.

EDIT: Torres off - Drogba on, let's see how Kyle handles him.

DOUBLE EDIT: Bartley off. But he was excellent!

I watched the game and was so impressed. I think he's ready as he's already better than what we have at CB. Why did Arsehole loan him out?

I hate Ranger, their fans are scumbags.

As for why Bartley has gone out, its probably because the lad will make mistakes, and rather he make them there when he's young, then be thrown in, be moaned at by the likes of us, and damage his confidence.
