When Stoke get a throw in we should leave 3 or 4 players up front this will put those *word censored* on the back foot as they cant send all the big defenders up and it might even give Chesny more room to come and collect the ball

I've noticed this with us. We have everyone back defending corners.

I'd like to see Nas or Cesc just outside the box (not nessarily centred) so everyone knows where he'll be. With Theo on the half way.......BANG and the ball is released and Theo's off on a chase! :D

This. We really do miss a trick by not sticking theo in a CF position when defending set pieces.

I was going to make a separate thread about this but does anyone get the Skysports magazine?

Its questions from viewers/subscribers and the first one was something like:
You started as a striker and are now playing out wide what is your preferred role?

Theo answered: I'm naturally a striker but next season you'll start to see me playing upfront. (Something like that)

My theory is that theo will make the switch to CF proper once RvP's time at the club ends (i wouldnt be surprised if he is sold in the next couple of years while he still has top value).

I would be interested to see how the ref dealt with us emptying the pen area for a Stoke throw
Obv u can't be offside but any flick on would be

the level of protection keepers get wouldn't any obstruction be a foul
would be a ballsy move
