It;'s the same Wenger won't spend and the Board is too scared of him to do anything about it, and just was lucky enough to see the shares go from 1600 to close to 12000 since 2005, but if were up to them he'd have spent plenty but it's not up to them - it's just their company and their company's money - but that's irrelevant.

I reckon on the whole, they regret doing it themselves.

But US that debt is almost 100% repaid, if not already. Its now about the future.

HOW DO WE IMPROVE?

This is the main concern. Worrying about a deal done 5/6 years ago is as important as how much we charged for the hot dogs 5/6 years ago. Its about the now. And what to change. As we cant change time.

Agree fully Bren, except that often the past is prologue, and lets not forget we have sat upon up to and over 100 million GBP in profits since 2008. We have up to just under 90 million pounds we can invest in the football team before adding revenues froms sales on any Arsenal players, meaning we are looking at 100 million we could use to correct years of under-ivestment and do so quickly and effectively.

As i have said before had we spent 10 million pounds a year more and gotten four more players of Tom Vermalen's qulaity we might only have 60 million banked but might only needd another 10-15 million of that this year rtather than I would suggest 50-75 million of the 90 million.

It's the classic problem when you won't pay a little more you pay a lot more later or you break down altogther. And building a new team alotgther under this or any other manager will cost a whole lot more money and take a whole lot more time to do.

The question is do our club's investors care, not just the ones who sold out to Stan Kroeke but Mr. Kroenke himself. Or have they decided they can get away with pushing the sahre price up with out spending on the football team? They certainly got away with that the past several years. We have to challenge the Baord and Mr. Kroenke now. Tonight's meeting would have been an ideal start
